About 3 days!! Had surgery on my back & it takes a while for the anaesthetic to truly wear off.
Three day massive shits don’t go well with a fresh surgical scar on the lower back. Ouch.

This is my idea of hell.
I absolutely love a shit and do two a day on average.
Obviously your fibre intake is all wrong.
I'd say that as an emergency measure you should have four slices of brown toast with at least half a jar of marmalade on. If that doesn't see you doing the ski jump within an hour then you need to get down to the doctor pronto.

Chinese weight loss tea is your friend. Lots of different brands available online or from Chinese herbal shop. Essential at Christmas. A friend of an ex GF of mine had to be rescued from her car at some traffic lights after taking some - not exactly sure what went on but it involved bringing towels and black bin bags!

Ha ha! I was going to say the same. About 5 days while at several Glastonbury festivals,late 80s/ early 90s.
I was buzzing for most of it, but I was also eating plenty, too, and I usually shit a few times a day; at least twice.
My system shut down for my own protection, so I didn't have to squat and squeeze in those God awful toilets, or above the giant pit.
One of the toilets in the first service station on the way home got nuked. Probably still radioactive to this day.

Normally have one unload a day between 7:00-8:00... my MATE goes once every 3 or 4 days and he eats like Hog and he's as skinny as a rake... his colon must be like the tardis
